I would recommend Ian Richardson and his team without any hesitation! From start to finish Mr Richardson was a prime example of a great salesman. I felt a valued customer throughout and Zach and Matt, the fitting team were really professional and respectful. The quality and efficiency of their work was second to none, even going above and beyond when we ran into a few unforeseen issues with my property when fitting the garage door. We are very pleased that we chose Automated Doors and Gates Ltd of Norwich to supply and fit our Warm Protection , Ultimate Roller Door and would highly recommend them and the product to any one thinking of investing in a new roller door . The service that we received from the initial measure up by Ian ( Sales Manager ) to the delivery by Jack and Olly who fitted the door , control panels , etc was excellent and we are confident that should there be any need to call them out in the future that this will be dealt with swiftly in the same professional manner .

Competitively priced. The team who installed it were helpful and efficient. Took time to ensure complete (lightight) seal between new frame and existing brickwork. Had a small problem after installation with cover to light on control unit popping off. A quick phonecall and team returned examined and replaced with new cover. All fine since. The new door released a lot more useable space in garage and stopped previous drafts. All in all very satisfied.

I came across this company using the reviews on here and from my first conversation to the actual fitting I have been so impressed with all the personnel that I have met or spoken to. Despite circumstances dictating changing the installation date on three occasions Ian always took this in his stride and made us feel as if it was no problem, which was particularly helpful at a difficult time. Once the guys arrived to fit the door they were exceptionally polite and helpful and did a marvellous job. I can't fault any stage of the dealings with this company and totally recommend them to you with complete confidence. Thanks very much guys, it really was a pleasure doing business with you.

Recently supplied and fitted a Warm Protection Ultimate Roller Garage Door 3.4 m wide. The quality and value for money of the door was excellent. The showroom staff, sales manager and fitting team were all friendly, very knowledgeable and very good at their job. The fitting team worked well and removed the old door and accessories and left the site clean and tidy. The new door was fitted very carefully and sealant applied to any small gaps between walls and upvc trims. Overall, an excellent job and no hesitation in recommending them (as did a friend of mine to me). JG Norwich

Very helpful from beginning to end. Sales team not pushy at all, came and did the quote and left it with me, I said I was getting other quotes and still not pushy for the sale. Ordered a while later as I wasnt ready for the fit, sales team came back to confirm what I wanted and to confirm measurements etc. Installers turned up on time, very polite and courteous. They did a very professional job on the installation. Worked very tidily, discussed where everything would go and just got on with it. They didnt seem rushed or hurried to get the job done, just a thoroughly professional installation. They even used trunking for visible cables and hid as many of the cables as they could. Left the garage very clean and tidy too. Talked me through how to use the door and functions as well as the safety features etc. Altogether excellent! Door working fine so far.

From start to finish, our experience with this company has been first class. Having researched various garage doors and fitting companies extensively on-line and toured local housing areas checking out a number of installations, my wife and I decided to visit the Automated Garage Doors showroom in Norwich. The sales manager, Ian, gave us a full demonstration of their products, was able to answer all our questions (technical and non-technical) without having to look anything up and gave us very clear information regarding the merits and demerits of each type of door. We arranged for him to come to our house to make an installation survey and, again, he explained everything very clearly. The quotation he gave us was fair and competitive from the outset. None of this if you place the order today, I can give you a discount rubbish. The installation was carried out on the appointed day and we were delighted with the attention to detail given by the installation team, Jos and Sean. The wiring was routed in a way to be almost invisible and the application of the mahogany upvc surrounds makes it look as if the installation was built with the house. Jos gave me full and clear instructions on the operation and care of the door, without making anything sound complicated. We have no hesitation in recommending Automated Garage Doors. The door we had fitted is a Garador Warm Protection Compact Roller door. Its too early to give any meaningful appraisal, but the first impressions are very favourable. Its neat, quiet in operation, and, as the garage is attached to the house, it enhances the visual kerb-appeal.
