As the new national lockdown measures come into effect today, we wanted to update our customers to let you know that we remain open, and reassure you of the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
Following the latest government guidance, our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm and weekends by appointment only.
Since reopening following the first lockdown, we have implemented a number of measures including limited numbers of customers within the showroom, increased cleaning protocol, hand sanitiser available and the wearing of masks. We ask all visitors to our showroom to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
Where possible, installations and survey appointments will continue to go ahead. Following Government regulations and guidance from Public Health England, as well as feedback from customers throughout the year, we are able to safely carry out installations in the majority of instances. We are taking all recommended health and safety precautions, social distancing measures and providing all staff with relevant PPE, and ask customers to aid us in providing our installation teams with safe spaces and respecting social distancing.
Customers are asked to alert us in the first instance should any member of their household be shielding, isolating, be experiencing any symptoms or have a positive case of Covid-19 so that we can reschedule until a suitable time.
We are following all government restrictions, guidance from Public Health England and local authorities. Our first priority is our staff and customers' health and wellbeing, and as such these details continue to be evaluated and updated based on the latest guidance and feedback from staff and customers.
